Hawa Dawa has added real-time pollutant data, which is available through an API, to the well-established HERE Marketplace. The HERE platform‘s Marketplace offers secure data exchange, essential location data and technology, and a rich ecosystem of partners providing additional content.
Hawa Dawa has been commissioned by Stadtwerke Mainz with an innovative and result-driven project: creating a sustainable data-based decision-making basis. Hawa Dawa will propose stepped measures to improve urban air quality based on their projected impact on air quality, applying data-based analyses, and forecasts. For this purpose, an intelligent infrastructure for collecting environmental and traffic data as well as a data platform for evaluation is established. Read more
Hawa Dawa, in collaboration with Siemens Mobility and ryd, have demonstrated the effectiveness of an eco-routing pilot launched at the end of 2018. The four-week pilot project “Clean Air in Munich” (SLIM) tested whether data-based route recommendations based on predicted pollution levels have an influence on the route choice of Munich drivers.
