Hawa Dawa is «Digital Startup of the Year 2020»
Hawa Dawa has been recognised with the «Digital Start-up of the Year 2020» award at the IFA in Berlin. The Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy (BMWi) awards this prize annually to promising young digital companies from the BMWi start-up initiatives, which have already established themselves on the market. The award recognises start-ups who have implemented their founding ideas particularly successfully in a short time and are pursuing promising concepts for further growth.
The winners were selected with the support of an independent jury of experts from business and academia. The evaluation critieria were the unique high position of the product and service portfolio, the growth prospects in the target markets, the performance in the implementation of the founding idea and the management potential for further successful company development. In her eulogy, Prof. Dr Heike M. Hölzer highlighted the clearly defined product and its comprehensive market and application areas – from transport, mobility and urban planning to real estate and health management. In all these areas, Hawa Dawa’s solution provides directly relevant actionable insights. Hawa Dawa’s scientific motivation to enable better decisions based on data is a prerequisite for a better future for all.
